Campaign Update: Flags in the Dust

Hey folks, it has been a busy summer behind the scenes. The new StarCraft campaign I'm working on, Flags in the Dust, is coming along quite nicely, and even at a faster pace than I expected. As of now, four maps out of six are finished, therefore I might actually be able to release the campaign before the initially planned date of 2023. I take the opportunity to thank my small team of playtesters and consultants, consisting of C@hek, Luis Calderari, stalwart ghostess (who also provided me a neat, original audio clip) and my longtime sidekick Gunnar Olafsson, who has been assisting me since my early steps in Quake II mapping, nearly 18 years ago (damn, time does really fly, regardless if you're having fun or not). C@hek's playtesting sessions have been recorded and uploaded on his YouTube channel, so if you want to see a preview of the maps you can pay him a visit, however be informed that only the gameplay is shown, the story is being kept secret for the moment.

Here's a bunch of in-game screenshots from the first four missions. I wish I had more of them, but I always forget to take screenshots while I'm playing. To compensate for this, in the next days I will upload in-editor captures that will do a better job at showcasing samples of terrain work. As always, right-click on a preview and select "open image in a new tab" to bypass Bravenet's lame redirect timer. Enjoy!
